New Friends | Go to post ➜
A&F orientation + Communication skill tutorial today . We were told to report at 2pm for attendance taking , however when we reach level 4 , the seniors asked " eh , why you guys come so early ? you only need to come after your Comm Skills tutorial ends ."
It's like - what the hell ...
' Ringgggggg ~ ' Fire drill at 4~5 pm .
After the orientation , the six of us [ Pei Qi , Sondra , Ivan , Yang Khai , Wilson and I ] went to tamp 1 for dinner . Wanted to eat Subway , but the guys are rather budget except for Ivan . So , we ate at kopitiam .
I think my class is rather kuai , almost all of them started to do their homework except for me . see lar , majority ping yians are like me =)
Currently watching Woody Sambo aka Invisible shan bao mei , a Taiwan drama . It's stupid but funny =)

Wake Up | Go to post ➜
Alright~ , I'm finally done with E.U. ( Emergency Unit ) - Hong Kong Drama series . Now I'm sourcing around to look for good dramas to watch . However school is starting this Monday !!!
i love my week one timetable alot and alot =) [ haha , i know it's so random ]
Mon - lec 9 to 11 am
Tue - lec 3 to 6 pm
Wed - no lec
Thur - no lec
Fri - lec 3 to 5 pm
I'm still clinging on to my happy-go-lucky life right now . Keep on reminding myself that it's TIME to WAKE UP !!!!! but somehow , it's so difficult to do so .
It's been 5 months + - since my O levels , I wonder if i still have a feel and a touch for POA . Daddy keeps on telling me to study hard in poly . Although he didn't mention about his expectations , it's almost a must to get an A in every subject just by hearing the tone he talks to me . Maybe i should just get a Z to shut him off =)
Be happy and stay happy fellow freshies , cause there will be a big load of stuffs coming right into our face even before you know about it .

Orientation | Go to post ➜
WWWWOOoooo~~
Some parts are good while some parts are boo~ . Met the care person ( CP ) , quite a friendly guy lol .
Around lunch time , we have to squeeze like mad with each other due to the lack of space in the stadium . It's damn PATHETIC . My ankles were sore ... Luckily , after one hour or so , some freshies started to move up . I'm glad that i have ample space to stretch my legs =)
Moved on to the Regatta . Dragon boating , cheering , dancing and prize giving . Business school Rule the dragon boating game . Yet again , the afternoon sun was super sunny and scorching hot . Although there's shelter , there wasn't enough to cover the whole school =( and so coincidentally , I'm sitting out on the grass , exposed to bright MR SUNSHINE . Haiz ... have sunburn on muah face ='( sob .
AND THE CHAMPION GOES TO ....

YEAH , it's the end of DAY 1 orientation =) made some new friends - Pei Qi , Sondra and Poh Gate [ don't know how to spell , so pai sei .... ] .
Although i still can manage to know the rest of the girls in my class , i have yet to make friends with them . WHY ? cause the first impression they gave me was that they are ya ya papaya . Somehow leh , they talk about dancing and dancing and DANCING - which i don't really give a damn about it .
It so happened that i made friends with Poh gate who knows Alvin and Greg =) anyway , they were all form the same school .

There are so many things that i want to post toady.
I shall not procrastinate any longer .
Two nights back , as i lay on my bed , i wish that i have some kind of super power . Something that can split the body into a million bodies in many different places . Hmm... something like Naruto's powers . I wanted to experience the many different jobs in my head . How it feels like being an undercover agent , serving the nation , the police force and the people . How does it feels to be a Cardiothoracic surgeon - when working on a surgery to save a patient or to lose one . What is the feelings of a volunteer humanitarian worker - working in poor rural parts of Vietnam or even Africa to teach people how to prevent AIDS and to save the poor from hunger .
All this wild thoughts ran through my mind sending chills of excitement to my spine . i dozed of happily into a deep sleep .
This morning the sky was sobbing , it did not stop till late morning . As the rain began to fall lighter , i opened my room window . The sudden surge of cool breeze blew through my body , as though the wind is calling for me . I sat by the window , enjoying every breeze that bring peace and calmness into my soul . Here , i knew i have found comfort in it . The cool breeze embraced me gently as i sat there , wishing that this sensation will never end . However sad to say , it lasted for not more then ten minutes .
In this mere ten minutes , i have done some self-reflection . I thought of Aunt Molly calling me a fussy pot when it comes to food . As i recalled the video about food and hunger i watched yesterday , i came out with a resolution to try to be less fussy . haha . It's difficult but i told myself that it takes time .
Still reading the the book - ' The Samurai's Garden ' a novel . It consist of four chapter - Autumn Winter Spring Summer . I'm reading the last chapter , Summer , which i realise there are many things in this book which i can learn . The author talks about leprosy , the way of human life and war .
During a period of time , when war between Japan and China were intense , many innocent people lives were taken away by a disease called leprosy . Some of them committed suicide to honor they families and some takes the courage to continue to live on . Those who lived on lost their close ones and lost their physical beauty . However what they gained cannot be compared with what others whose life were not affected by this disease .
And that was the INNER BEAUTY which they had gained . It takes greater courage to live then to die .

I was so angry from 5pm till dinner time ( but now , i'm not angry any more ) and i wish i can kill my ***** dad just like how i squash an ant !!! YES , i mean it . and yes i know , I'm violent or whatever you would call me .
Damn it man ! He did not inform me that it was optional to bring the laptop . There was I , who brought the bloody laptop all the way from my house to Somerset and from Somerset back to home sweet home ! Worst of all , i didn't even use it at all . I'm still fuming at the thought of it .

I was so angry from 5pm till dinner time ( but now , i'm not angry any more ) and i wish i can kill my ***** dad just like how i squash an ant !!! YES , i mean it . and yes i know , I'm violent or whatever you would call me .

Picnic Get-together | Go to post ➜
Had 402 class gathering at east coast park . So much food was wasted . Haiz , what a pity when there are many people in the world do not have enough food to eat . " Majority of the leftover food were covered sand . " - the excuse which i comfort myself . Since most of the nights i pray to Juess to thank him for the food we have on the table.
Maybe it isn't an excuse , it's the fact . Just beside our picnic ground , there's a group of ang mohs [ Caucasians ] playing pillow fight . Picnic Get-together | Go to post ➜
Had 402 class gathering at east coast park . So much food was wasted . Haiz , what a pity when there are many people in the world do not have enough food to eat . " Majority of the leftover food were covered sand . " - the excuse which i comfort myself . Since most of the nights i pray to Juess to thank him for the food we have on the table.
Maybe it isn't an excuse , it's the fact . Just beside our picnic ground , there's a group of ang mohs [ Caucasians ] playing pillow fight . Shopping | Go to post ➜
Today , i went out with Samantha Ng for shopping. First stop , we went to City Plaza . I bought a top at $18 . We head on to banquet for lunch [ it's tea break for me ] , i ate a plate of mee sian . opps . it's mee siam [ edited ] . Next stop , we took a train down to Bugis . We shopped ' a little ' here and there , i bought two tops for $9 each . Thinking of buying skinny jeans to match my one of my top , however sad to say that i did not bring enough $$$ ' sob ' [ if only I have a NETS card or a CASH card ] .
After satisfying our shopping ' hunger ' , we crossed over a street to the new Junction 8 shopping mall . We decided to watch Shinjuku Incident [ two hours ] , cheers to the actors and directors [ not bad for a $6 movie ] . The new cinema have more room for leg space , compared to other cinemas . Before the movie started , we ate our dinner at the manhattan fish market restaurant . I just love the staffs' friendliness towards customers [ Kudos to them , Good job ! ] . We went straight home after the movie ends =)
Total $ spent : Around fifty bucks ++ =(
[ how nice would it be if I can shop without spending money ]
