Oh boy, the oil spillage is terrible, the smell from the oil is ... killing my nose.
Wonder if smelling oil has an effect on the brain cells , just like smelling glue.

Pity all those sea creatures ~ haix, sad .
Malaysia oil tanker - all your fault. Trying to pick a fight with S'pore is it ?

Ikebana | Go to post ➜

Attended mentoring session today. Headed to BK for lunch. I seriously think that BK burgers have shrink in size !!! 7.25 dollars for a small burger ?
Mind as well have Subway for lunch.

Goodness gracious me, the JCG members in-charge of the Ikebana Exhibition left us confuse at BK.
Someone at Orchard called son. but didn't call me - I thought that they left out my ticket =( After son. put down her hp, my phone rang. lol . Guess they didn't know that we're having lunch together. haha. then there's this 888 guy who also called son. first , yet again, after she put down her hp, my hp rang. But the conversation was ... wth ... utterly ... disappointing.

888 guy : Hey Alicia, are you coming for the Ikebana thing?

Me : Yup, I'm going.

888 guy : So where are you now?

Me : erm ... Tampines. Actually ... I'm with my friend and ...

The line went dead.
He hung up on me. wth .
Haix, and there sitting opposite me, was eileen laughing her head off.

Dead Cow

First-year students at Texas A&M's Vet school were attending their first anatomy class, with a real dead cow. They all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a white sheet.

The professor started the class by telling them, "In Veterinary Medicine it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor: The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving the animal body". For an example, the Professor pulled back the sheet, stuck his finger in the butt of the dead cow, withdrew it and stuck his finger in his mouth. "Go ahead and do the same thing," he told his students.

The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes, but eventually took turns sticking a finger in the butt of the dead cow and sucking on it. When everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and said, "The second most important quality is observation. I stuck in my middle finger and sucked on my index finger. Now learn to pay attention. Life's tough, but it's even tougher if you're stupid.."

Nice one professor~ I like the last 3 sentences :)

Went to Swensens for dinner at PS today, or should I say yesterday, it is passed midnight. Joined the queue at 6.45pm~. Long queue because 30-04-10 is the last day to redeem free sundae for every 2 promo-stickers - Lays / Ruffles /etc . While queueing, an ang-moh lady came out from Swensens and offered 4 promo-stickers to me. But I declined her offer, because I already have 4 promo-stickers. Settled down around 7.30pm. By 9pm, the queue was of the same length I queued 1 and the half hrs ago. Can you imagine a constant flow of diners dinning at the restaurant?

After dinner, we went to NTUC to buy some stuff so that we can use the $2 off coupon . Mum and I weren't sure if the things we planned to buy was up to $50, so we asked the cashier. She said "The things that you buy aren't cheap", she was spot on! It exceeded by $14++.

yea~ I finally created a flickr account =]
And yea~ again because I finally gave my mortal something.
3rd yea~ because there is no mentoring session today.
