One thing I never learn is ....
staying focus on the thing I am doing or I should do.
I took 10.5hrs , from 7.30am to 6pm today , just to complete the second part of a chapter. Which consist of 4 A4 size paper and that is only 8 pages. It is all because of the distractions around me.
My top 10 distractions
- My mum would play Christian songs on the computer and sometimes she would asks for my help on Candy Crush.
- My brother likes to turn up the volume when listening to music or watching videos.
- Holidays ! Everyone (at least students) looks forward to holidays ! (especially after exams)
- Thinking where to go during my holiday.
- Candy Crush
- Thinking what to do after exams , writing down a to-do list.
- TV
- Tablet
- Hp
- Simply restlessness. I do not know why.
No. 3 to 10 can be easily overcome by the power of the mind. But ! It is easier said than done.
No. 1 and 2 can be a little bit difficult to eliminate and these are my source of constant distraction !
No. 1 and 2 are eliminated when both of them are not at home = good condition to study !
