Few weeks back, my mum bought Korean grapes from NTUC Fairprice.
There are 3 parts.
1st, the dark purple skin of the grape - tough to eat compared to grapes from US.
2nd, just under the skin, the maroon colour flesh of the grape is sweet.
3rd, the inner flesh of the graph is sour.
When you pop a grape into your mouth, it burst, soft and watery.
Then you are able to feel the skin at the side of your mouth cause it is tough to chew.
It tasted like gummy bear to me.
However my bro said it tasted like wine.
duh ~ wine are made of grapes.
Anyway, I Google Hwaseong.
Hwaseong Fortress was the first result. I clicked on it. Oh ~~~
It is on the UNESCO list.
